We’ve all kinda gone our separate ways lately. It’s too bad because this blog collective really had potential. I’d be willing to post again if everyone else does.

If it helps, I shamelessly swiped your slogan (or is that a motto?) for Chapter 3 of my novel.

It’s okay, though, Episkopos Cain said I could.

Man, I could totally write some stuff. Contributing to this blog could give me the false feeling that I am one of the cool kids at PD, and I could feel all warm and fuzzy inside and post pics of kittens and everything equally warm and fuzzy.

Eris of Book 3:14:15-92 (apocryphal) -

There were Tubes in those days. Of grand things, there were pictures and on down the sidewalk display, were even more pictures. In fact, pictures covered everything and, really, if you wanted to get a picnic going, you could make an afternoon of it. Especially since the weather was really pleasant. But I digress.

Tubes. Lots of Tubes. And pictures. On the Tubes. Like TVs and suchlike. And the Tubes displayed. Oh, did the Tubes display. They showed us everything that was being reported on and nothing else. What else was there to be seen? It was summertime and everybody was showing reruns or something.

But, there were other Tubes. Not of pictures, but of something that needed to show text not pictures. Pictures weren’t text - though some tried - but Tubes and text were anthema to one another. So these other Tubes were more like tubes, and thus all were confused, and thus we all lost.

Anyway, I’m getting long winded. Inter-Tubes of the non-inflatable variety. So they were called. Internets in some circles. And then, there were blogs and blags and blogospheres and such. Whatever.

I think I had a point somewhere, but it got lost and I got bored. Good luck. Hope to see more, hate to see it dead, but it is to be expected.
