Words that are LIKE the word Nigger are NOT the word Nigger... if someone is Niggardly, it not only has nothing to do with the color of their skin... but the "Etamology" is Norse and based on a Norse word describing someone that fusses about small details. Negro is Spanish for the word black and not a slur. Niger is a country as well as the Latin word for black, also not a slur.
