The pot roast w/veggies we had for dinner last night has been recycled by Liam into beef curry.
 I'm making saffron rice to go with it, and we have sugar cookies for dessert.

The pot roast that turned into beef curry has now officially turned into scouse.  And since scouse is magic and expands faster than you can eat it, we'll either have to freeze the rest or eat it indefinitely.

That's what I made out of my husband's korma from Sunday night, Bella.  I added a bit of mashed potato mixture on top, though, for more of a shepherd's pie feel.  We have a LOT leftover still!

We bought a new stock pot yesterday, so tonight's dinner is vegetable beef soup w/fire-roasted tomatoes. Fresh rolls from bakery to go with it.

The entirity of what I ate today was a medium pizza, pepperoni, black olives, pineapple and green peppers with coke and whiskey. Bear in mind the last time I ate was 5:30 pm yesterday.
