The jQuery library needs to be updated anyhow, currently there's two or three different versions, depending on which theme you're running, that's just waiting for strange errors to happen.

For your information, that warning is pretty harmless, it probably popped up because your computer was very busy with something entirely different, making your browser think it was the current script's fault for being slow. You should probably just press "Continue" unless that causes it to pop up again and again, in which case press "Stop script" and let me know because that means I need to find out how to fix it (please include time and what you were doing/clicking).
