Golfer-In-Chief: Trump Has Now Spent 27% Of His Presidency On A Golf Course

As the NBC News tracker calculates, Trump's latest visit to his club in Virginia marks the 72nd day of his presidency he is spending on a golf course and the 92nd time day he is visiting one of his own properties. In total, Trump has been in office for 267 days.

According to some quick, back-of-the-napkin math, that means that Trump has spent 27 percent of his presidency golfing and more than a third at one of his ritzy properties.

Given that it's Trump, I'm trying to decide if this is a good thing, or a bad thing.

A good thing. The optimal outcome is for him to eventually start blowing off the job more-or-less entirely, so that we end up with neither Trump nor Pence in charge

A semiconductor research lab accidentally creates a bimetallic wafer that, when current flows through it, creates a chain reaction among nitrogen atoms such that they hold each other in place within some small distance (and exert no hold on each other beyond that distance), with the extents of this change limited to some field of unknown type. The result: through several unknown mechanisms, a cone of air ends up having the consistency of foam rubber, while also becoming slightly opaque. The size of the cone is dependent upon the wafer size and the amount of current (scaling linearly); if the current is removed the cone stays, but it will disappear if the same current is sent the other way through the cone. Comedy Skit: Spoof of the Hellraiser series involving someone who resembles the peddler from Hellraiser 1 and is selling cheap knockoffs of Lemanchand's Box that are actually just Rubik's Cubes with reflective pseudometallic foil sides with weird runes painted over them. I've got this idea kicking around for an Otterbox commercial where Russel Crowe is using a phone protected by a defender case to beat the crap out of one of the guys from jackass and then afterward they show that the phone is ok

And yes I am aware that the incident this is refrenceing hapoened over a decade ago and involved a landline phone rather than a cellphone; that's part of what makes it funny

I feel weird that I'd rather have Luthe Strange in office than Ray Moore, in that I'm agreeing with Trump.

It would seem to me that an assbat working at cross purposes with the existing assbat would be less dangerous than an assbat working in concert wih him

(with a lot of luck no one will adopt it, though I'm not holding my breath on that one, big content has a stranglehold on seemingly everything these days. Death to the MPAA! Death to the RIAA! Death to ALL supporters of intellectual property law! Popular culture to the people!)
