On one hand its disgusting that hes acknowledging a real tactic used in the past, on the other, he also is acknowledging that they must change their ways.

ETA: I mean, i could almost assure that nothing real is going to change, but at least they will be forced to change their hate speech and nutjob ideas, AND THAT AT LEAST IS A START that might change actual practices.
