There are useful tips in there.

That's pretty much what I was thinking. The advice isn't bad, either for flirting with the opposite sex or for making friends, PRESUMING IT'S FOR ROBOTS.

I guess the people who are attracted to PUA simply have very poor social skills and low EQ, so concepts like "talk to people. Be interested in what they have to say. If you like them, demonstrate liking" are pretty elusive for them.

Yeah, if these kinds of things were "Advice on how to be more social" that would be great, but couched in "Advice on how to be more social SO YOU CAN GET TEH SEX" just ruins the advice.
