Obama doesn't scare me.
To me, he's like a tooth fairy.

Personally I think he's is too arrogant to be easily persuaded by assholes.

I'm with squid on this one in a way.
There is a much bigger picture and many badwrong things have been reversed. Is there plenty of room for more improvement? Damn skippy. Do I agree with everything he has done? Hell no.

I'm still with you. Whatever. The man is far from perfect, but I don't think anyone here can agree that any president we've had during our lifetimes was actually 100% pure awesome and flawless.

It makes sense, but I see him trying (even if he fumbles) more so than I see him saying it.

There's a part of me that thinks this guy really really wants to do some good, even if he isn't very good at it. ?  Know what I mean?

I haven't gone through the whole of www.thepaincomics.com, but I get the sense that he's sort of on the same path.  I haven't got through this year's yet to see how the whole Obama thing is hitting him...but he seems the kind of satirical political comic that would "get it."  Without being an Obamite sycophant.
