God bless you, Ann Coulter!!You are about the only person that has the balls to tell the truth.They won't admit it, but all these liberals crying racism, are wary around young black males.The black leaders never talk about how a large percentage of blacks under 35 have embraced a rap fueled,violent laced, thug lifestyle.They don't talk about that the majority of violent crimes are committed by African Americans.Gee, why are white people afraid of blacks??Racism is alive and well,but its not coming from white people.We have generations of black people who have been taught to hate us white devils for things that happened before most of us were born.I have been white my whole life.I know literally hundreds of white people and they all go out of their way NOT to be racist.The African American community needs to get rid of the chip on their shoulder and take responsibility for their actions,instead of crying "racism" everytime something happens that they don't like.

I read that... and that may be how she intended it to be read, but it's awfully hard to take it as a sarcastic aside when she follows it up with:

In Van Houten's case, even after it was blindingly clear that Perry had mugged him, the truth was only revealed amid great sorrow. When the facts were unknown, the cop was a racist. When it turned out Perry had mugged the cop, it was no one's fault, but a problem of "violence," "confusion" and "two worlds" colliding.

Perhaps, someday, blacks will win the right to be treated like volitional human beings. But not yet.

Her INTENT was to say the media seems to treat blacks as victims of either whites or "the system" or society; they are rarely presented as able to act and make decisions on their own.

Now, I think that's crap, too-- but it's a lot less awful than what it sounds like out of context.
