Everyone who calls themselves "wolf-something" or "something-wolf" almost inevitably turns out to be an irredeemable shitneck.

Maybe...You know it's mostly trial and error since there are no words (that I know) to describe the exact technique.

I can tell you this...

  • using a (gently) pressed voice brings out the overtones more because the fundamental pitch is softer and has less vibrato
  • switching from nasal throat singing to the Tuvan way (tip of tongue curled back to touch the palate or alveolar ridge) improved my sound a lot
  • like with most music, jamming with songs recorded by pros is helpful
  • getting used to singing a constant pitch while focusing on the overtones makes them way more noticeable; if the fundamental pitch changes, the movement of the overtones will lose the focus

Now if you know how to do kargyraa, that's what I wanna know.

Here's a recording from a month ago with my awesome jury-rigged setup involving a tin can and a battery-powered amp:

Here are some harmonica demos.  This isn't my usual recording setup, but I had to return part of said setup to its original owner.  So for now, a mic plugged straight into the computer.

It is half by accident, half by design.

Practice prepares you for spontaneity.

There are also undomesticated primates, which are neither Overmen nor domesticated.

Their lack of submission comes not of understanding, but of mere impulse.  It makes them very predictable.

Oh good, now I can take a whole bunch of projections and speculations and go from the ignorance of not knowing what's going to happen to the enlightenment of not knowing what's going to happen.
