I liked how they introduced her, like "her mother died in an insane asylum thinking she was Queen Victoria" and my thought was, I like where I think this is going. I was not disappointed.

I wrote this for stepdad, whose been around since i was 9 or so, first as a friend, then later as just my mom's husband, but now he is more father than the man who brought me into this world ever was.

I was once a child, running freely through the grass
as the sun tickled me to laughter.
A little girl once, who was her Daddy's princess,
his sun, moon, and stars.
The clouds rolled in, covering the sun,
and turning the world to shades of gray.
And the little girl's Daddy was now a bottle of beer...
soon empty, and then gone.
Instead of being held to the sky and taught to fly,
it was held down in the gutter, and taught never to cry.
Years have passed in the world of gray,
the little girl grew up, a new Dad in the beer's place.
Who said "If you let me I'll help you fly."
The sun shines again in this young woman's life,
and she runs freely through the grass.
Hand in hand with her new Dad,
who has given the her the world again.

This is very moving.
Sounds like you and your new dad are lucky to have each other.
just like in a dream
you'll open your mouth to scream
and you won't make a sound

you can't believe your eyes
you can't believe your ears
you can't believe your friends
you can't believe you're here

Some yahoo yelled at me, saying 'GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH', and I thought, "I'm feeling generous today.  Why not BOTH?"

Don't worry. He will love it. It will bring a tear to his eye and joy
to his heart.

Yeah, yeah. I know. Mushy cliche alert. Geez. Give me a break. I'm just a silly gnome.

Watch out, almost all of sol badguys moves are wire attacks... and he's liable to juggle you three or four times while you recover. Cheap bastard....

don't forget my corner loop.

*can't personally pull off Sol's corner dust loop*

Yeah, Sol is top tier. I dont play enough GG to be very competitive at that game though, I pretty much stick to playing Chipp and Zappa. It would take a lot to pull me away from SF3 3rd Strike.

 Seichusen Godanzuki!

(I dont know why I brought this up on this thread, sorry redhead.)

I think Sol was high teir, if I recall correctly top teir went to Slayer.

as for the topic going off topic...it happens...it's going to happen alot more too...

When I say top tier, I usually mean like top three or four. It varies a little bit depending on who you ask, but yeah... Slayer is top-tier (in america). He's not quite so popular in japan.

true, from what I've seen Japanese and American players seem to have different styles of playing.

in a related story, Medeo is a Bridget player.

yeah...that's a guy.

Bridget is pretty hot. One of my room-mates is a pretty hardcore Bridget player. I also know a guy who could easily cosplay as Faust. Not only is he really tall, but they have the same type of body-language/style of movement. Seriously.
