I'd group this as more or less "cyberpunk", rather than steampunk. I'd call fallout steampunk though, or a cross between cyberpunk and steampunk. In fallout a 50's theme is used with heavy technological advances. The world itself would be cyberpunk, but certain objects and cutscenes would definitely file under steampunk.

Anyway, your style of clothing resembles the way cyberpunks dress themselves. An example would be:

PS i'm not sure how long i can keep up this pronoun thing. how do i signify the second genitive case when referring to the sexless physical/emo male part in the future tense with the purple numeral subscript without also making a forward reference to the erotic passive female in the possessive case?
