Ack, haven't checked PD.com in a week. I think I missed out on that one (they've got a 15-page thread there, chock-full of webcomics).

Still, thanks for the tip.

I have the comic completed up to Episode 21, so I guess the question is this: should I update the thread with comic every now or then, or just post them all up at once?

If you want to do me a pleasure, release them in .CBZ packs. That's nicely bundled for storage and distribution, offline reading and comfortable reading using a comic reader application such as CDisplay.

a .CBZ file is really nothing but a ZIP file with a bunch of JPGs in it, renamed to .CBZ . so you make one by getting all of the JPGs of one "issue" together, making sure the files are alphabetically or numerically in order, zipping them and renaming the .ZIP file to .CBZ

It's much easier reading for me than in a forum thread.

Would this work with .png files? .jpg sometimes blurs the smaller text, so I use .png for all the comics.

If it does work with .png, I'd be glad to put them into a pack for you.

Golden Applesauce

Certainly does work with .png
AFAIK most comic book readers (programs like Comical that are designed to display .cbz and .cbr [the .rar version]) also support a leading text file with information about the comic.

Q: How regularly do you hire 8th graders?
A: We have hired a number of FORMER 8th graders.

I tested it out with Comical, and it worked fine. The only concern I would have is that the Comical reader displays two comics at a time. They weren't really formatted for that. So if the reader you're using can display them one page at a time, that would be best.

Awesome! I will definitely start reading your stuff now :-) ... if mediafire would load for me :( I'll try again tomorrow.

And yes, CDisplay displays one page at a time, unless you configure it otherwise.

That includes all the episodes up to 25. Cheers!

Marion's having issues with the whole "not in charge anymore" thing.

Also, is that backstory I see there?
