All you can say in this site's defence is that it, rather than reality, occupies the warped minds of some of the planet's most twisted people; gods know what they would get up to if it wasn't here.  In these arguably insane times, any lessening or attenuation of madness is maybe something to be thankful for.

Maybe what the world's racists need is a worldwide orgy, where they can finally realize for themselves that all humans** have willies and pussies, tits, ears, eyes, noses, toes, ass-cracks.

**not speaking of gender/sex here

Race is just genetics distorted by cultural bias (and stereotypes)

Racism is believing it or acting out on it.

It's all bullshit at the end of the day, we are all humans that are ignorantly rolling around in our own shit (especially the rich people, who regularly eat it)

Rail Sham Bo

A camera follows a someone taking a train for 77 hours.
There are no cell phones or laptops, nothing to read, and no clocks or watches.
Nothing extraordinary happens, there is a lot of emotionally charged eye contact between passengers, often while they play rock papers scissors, but only one sentence can be heard in poorly enunciated French every 5 minutes.

I know the feeling

It's like a TV, sometimes it's selling you salvation, other times it's selling you weight loss.

In the year 2178 the three biggest religions in America are Heaven's Gate, Scientology, and the Manson Family. All now mostly unrecognizable and expanded into mediocrity

Heaven's Gate turns into a comet every ten minutes
Scientology is scientology
The Manson Family turns into The Manson Union Of Theological Affairs

What the fuck is up with Satanism?

They are so 'hurt' by Christianity that they can't simply just call themselves atheists and call it a day - instead, they use unrelated symbology and choose to identify themselves with a little angel who had a tantrum in several chapters of the Bible and had little significance otherwise. It seems that they think that identifying themselves with this insignificant angel, makes them "edgy".

"I am a Satanist, I swear, I just don't believe in Satan. I can't be just an atheist, else then where is my identity?" - [Satanist then goes off and cries in a corner]

I want to see one with a dude with devil horns and a Baphomet T-shirt, meditating and saying "Hail satan", when behind him you can three posters - one of Nietzsche, one of Richard Dawkins and the other a scribble saying "Christianity be mean to me, so sad"

QuoteTHE PARABLE OF THE BITTER TEA
                  by
             Rev. Dr. Hypocrates Magoun, P.P.
           POEE PRIEST, Okinawa Cabal

When Hypoc was through meditating with St. Gulik, he went there into
the kitchen where he busied himself with preparing the feast and in his
endeavor, he found that there was some old tea in a pan left standing from the
night before, when he had in his weakness forgot about its making and had let
it sit steeping for 24 hours. It was dark and murky and it was Hypoc's
intention to use this old tea by diluting it with water. And again in his
weakness, chose without further consideration and plunged into the physical
labor of the preparations. It was then when deeply immersed in the pleasure of
that trip, he had a sudden loud clear voice in his head saying "it is bitter
tea that involves you so." Hypoc heard the voice, but the struggle inside
intensified, and the pattern, previously established with the physical laboring
and the muscle messages coordinated and unified or perhaps coded, continued to
exert their influence and Hypoc succummed to the pressure and he denied the
voice.
And again he plunged into the physical orgy and completed the task, and
Lo as the voice had predicted, the tea was bitter.

"The Five Laws have root in awareness."
--Che Fung (Ezra Pound, Canto 85)

The Hell Law says that Hell is reserved exclusively for them that believe in
it. Further, the lowest Rung in Hell is reserved for them that believe in it on
the supposition that they'll go there if they don't.

Going between both Christianity and Judaism, it's amazing to see how differently they interpret the scripture that they share (generally speaking, the Tanakh is mostly included ** in a different order, in Christianity as the "Old Testament" - with a few books added.....)
What I began to see quickly is how such a large amount of orthodox Christian doctrine is actually derived from the New Testament (bingo Jesus) and in particular Paul's contributions (14 books). - This obviously results in a perverted understanding of the "Old' testament + reading connections that aren't there.

Also, so so so many Christian denominations have no idea whatsoever how to interpret The Book Of Revelation....at all. And because of this, there are so many Christians that negatively walk around with the 'Apocalypse mindset", which Revelation isn't even about!
....but that's the "New" Testament.  :lulz:

**different translations, applied meanings and the lot

:lulz: They especially ignore the fun parts of Genesis like the whole Nephilim thing and that one time Abraham sold his wife to the Pharaoh and told him she was his sister. Good times!

Yeah, that kind of stuff is awesome but Christians completely ignore it or pass it off. (At least in mystical Judaism you see those kinds of Biblical elements actually explored/explained - albeit differently to Christianity)

Tell a Pagan that they're not a real Pagan.

Tell a Chaos Magician that they are dull version of yourself.

_______________________________________________________________________________

Intriguing side note to "serious" (I know it's a paradox) Discordians here interested:

Chaos Magic is what you get when you do the following -

* Squish a bunch of magic traditions together (without considering the fundamental meanings of those said traditions)
* Try to deny the traditions it stole from
* Take chaos, without humor
* Remove the philosophical and transformational based aspects of the stolen traditions
* Take an entirely subjective path (not in a Discordian way though)

It's basically a blank, dull approach to magic  :fap:

It's founded on several ideas that mirror Discordianism but without the humor, it misses the point of both chaos and magic - which is ironic to say the least  :lulz:
