Seriously. It was fun for a bit and I did meet some cool people, but holy shit it's just too much of a clusterfuck and has too many people who seem to think hurting other people makes them cool.

The problem with TDS and to a lesser extent TDS2014 is that they are unmoderated. 

So you have monkeys trying to see just how far they can push it.  It's more harmful to them than to any of us...But it's what they wanted.

When I first looked I to Discordianism, before I ever posted here, I came to expect amoral retards. My sources were not necessarily incorrect but shallow and incomplete. The fact that I just popped in here and LEARNED was a bit of kismet I think.

The dam broke when TDS went down. No tactics changed on tds2014 and the hordes of trolls went strategically unopposed. There was not much to stay for... so done. AND FEELING FINE!!

Yeah, TDS has gone right down the drain in terms of quality of discussion since TDS went bye-bye or whatever happened to it (I don't know, and more importantly, don't care).  At TDS2014, you could at least occasionally get a decent discussion, even if you had to start it yourself and filter out about 25% of the comments, but lately it's been overrun by 3edgy5me 4chan rejects (contrary to popular opinion, you can actually still have civilized discussions on 4chan...which is more than can be said for TDS2014).

I realise many of us were also major-league assholes, once upon a time (and many would argue we haven't changed since), but I like to think our methods and techniques were more refined, subtle and ultimately effective than whatever this pack of losers is trying to accomplish.
