I haven't heard that in particular, no, but there was a ship sinking that led to the 'children overboard issue'.
I saw execution as being impossible for our government to implement so I threw it in unthinkable.

No, assasinating Glen Beck is quite thinkable, I'd put it at the "radical" stage at the very least, personally I think it would be sensible.
