Well done to the Netherlands.  Must've been unusual for them, playing as the underdog.  I had hoped they would win, and now Brazil is out of the world cup, the possibility of other teams achieving victory are significantly better.

from what I heard NL was playing kind of "boring" before [even though they won], but this time we didn't.

Regarding the current title of this thread: I'd like to point out that most of the Nazis, after the fall of Germany at the end of WW2, emigrated to Argentina.

Also, Go Uruguay. I'm glad they won a game because of blatant cheating because I want Ghana to feel as much pain and indignation as possible.

Anyone left who doesn't think that Germany is going to win this thing, and (assuming the relevant players stay healthy) probably at least one of the 2014 and 2018 cups as well? That team is poised for a long run of dominance.

I dunno, the dutch have been doing really well this year as well.  I think it's going to boil down to those two.
