Yeah, I saw the video of these earlier today myself.
At first I wasn't sure what I was seeing and thought they'd chocolate coated an actual geode (in my defense this was before my first coffee).
These have been all over the Facebooks. I think they're super neat, especially when you view them as an art form and not a comestible sweet.
The fucking genius is hammering a cleaver with a hard-faced hammer...
I honestly think this is one of the most brilliant culinary tricks I've ever seen. I'm in complete awe.
