I'll let everything besides the dope pass.  You may be closer to leaglization than the states, but we have far superior smuggling powers.  You just have vast forests to hide it in, so when it started multiplying and taking over said forests, your government had no choice besides to at least decriminalize it.

Well, since I live in Detroit, and am about 15 minutes from the border, any grass I have smoked was more than likely Canadian grass.  But I will say I did smoke better weed in Germany.
