All you can say in this site's defence is that it, rather than reality, occupies the warped minds of some of the planet's most twisted people; gods know what they would get up to if it wasn't here.  In these arguably insane times, any lessening or attenuation of madness is maybe something to be thankful for.

Dealing with counterfactuals, like a universe distinct of your experience, does not lend credence to the speculation.

These are not the droids you're looking for.  Try freely searching for SVG's instead.

And that's why I had to desist from ordering Chinese delivery.

Do you think the premise of a universe that allows for the existence of God (even, as you said, experienced in some subjective manner) is a universe of which God's existence is inherent? What about other concepts and beings?
Perhaps it's easier to start with meaning, in the case of intelligibility, because it is not possible to deny, like:

"This sentence is meaningless"

I think the premise of a universe that allows for the existence of meaning (however "subjectively" apprehended) is a universe of which meaning is inherent.

i can jive with that. I've been trying to revisit this concept after I had a better grasp on my idea of it. so far, here are my basic assumptions

The universe has no inherent meaning, only formless chaos.
There is only the meaning that we, as sapient life, imprint upon the universe, like finding patterns in a random sequence
This is the meaning of life, giving life a meaning

Therefore,

what we call a soul is the sum total of all those subjective meanings we give to other living things. Those meanings, viewed over a persons entire life, create a kind of story that persists for as long as that person is remembered.

I've actually run into the idea that we are all bits of god experiencing life as flawed imperfect monkey people, and I like it personally, but i'm not sure how that fits in with the ideas I laid out above yet.

Apparently the law says it can be destroyed by staff...but if we were caught transporting it to the school, we could very easily be arrested and prosecuted (we would have to prove in a court of law that we intended to take them to be destroyed).

So they may be on safe legal ground in that regard, but the reasoning behind it could still be criminal, ultimately.

Plus they just generally sound like a sack of jerks.

I did have to restrain myself when our "team leader" and brave shouter at children went off on a 2 minute tirade (I timed it) against one of my co-workers during the meeting.

I'm hoping my look of complete disdain conveyed my feelings well enough, and I know that member of staff is going to put in a formal complaint, but I still feel I should have interjected and said something.
I may have overreacted to his lack of propriety; not a very receptive state.  Cool restraint now possible.

Ha, I have figured out. Well only part of the puzzle of time travel.
Language, double negatives,  improper grammar, homophones, and how english is taking over the entire world despite being the most confusing of languages.

When someone changes the past the current reality hops rails and to another kind of reality all so that change can exist naturally, the old track is destroyed,  and who ever may remember it, well they're counter part on the new track has the memories of the new track.

Now since the past is being changed so much, in so many little ways. (Big ways would tear all the tracks apart, but a lot of little ones work well).

Now here's where theory meets reality. The rise of the English language and the nature of it is because.
*dramatic breath
It is a tool by a shadow government to make switching the tracks easier so they can make latger jumps.
I suppose that's what happened to conjugated verb tenses.  Kinda cool.

Recent advances in cryptography actually are occult induction into rite of passage involving final revalation of ultimate grand illusion.  Humans were engeneered to be self replicating/repairing nodes of a large alien AI deep-learning network performing checksum operations for their byte-coin like platform of economic exchange.  Originally the channeled source of all our innovations would result from osmosis of this relationship, alien thought-forms would magically become physical objects on earth as the universe struggled to balance our surpluss labor with actual product.  Problem is the aliens rode us too hard and we're red-lining:  enter the recent technological explosion occurring as the veil between our worlds starts to disintegrate and entropy increases, the aliens are transmuted into containable negative energy-density with which we fuel the next eon of human transcendence - untill we outsource our financial affairs to a semi-sentient race of lesser beings, and so on.

LuciferX:
Go to a bank or credit union and open a new account. Request to see a financial advisor or loan officer right after to find out what your composite "credit score" is and what it qualifies you for. Deeply personalize this arbitrary abstraction as a true measure of your relative self worth. Fantasize about what you could do if only your worth was greater, but ONLY fantasize. Do this as often you safely can for the rest of the day.

This, was an incontrovertibly valuable lesson.
