For me, a full proper meal must consist of 1) starches [rice/potato/pasta/couscous etc] 2) vegetables and 3) meat.

When I'm poor, the meat becomes optional, not the vegetables.

This is how I operate, too.

It is.  Went to bed at 9, woke up at midnight hot, headached and a bit nauseous. I was dehydrated and the room was spinning a little. A bit better now after drinking water but still have a headache. Gonna go back to sleep soon. Did I mention I had two glasses of red wine after the previous drinks?
