1. Not vote.
2. Deliberately stay poor.
3. Put yourself in situations in which you can be easily ID'd and/or filed.
4. Worked to suppress/discredit a document describing how the police attack/infiltrate Occupy groups.
5. Gets people to say silly shit like open support for Charles Manson, thus making sure nobody involved with him has ANY credibility.

Okay, gonna be honest here. Joined (as dirty as that felt), then read about halfway through the Manson thread, and actually ended up leaning toward Those People's side, BASED ONLY ON WHAT WAS PRESENTED IN THE THREAD.
Fully willing to accept that this was the dumb position to take. FTR I did find that Those People were saying even more numerous idiotic things than the points I found more - ahem - sapient (hard to apply that word in the context).
(I guess I won't bring the argument here since this thread isn't that thread but I'd be glad to PM about it)
And then I stepped out because I don't want to be associated with a group that posts any of the other shit I saw on there.
I spent a day or two curious about Charlie. I watched a bunch of interviews and read a bunch of transcripts. The shit he says (well, before he broke his decade-long silence a while ago to bitch about global warming of all things) does make sense. By "make sense," I mean "intrigue the part of my brain that is still frying on acid." He's got a knack, as he says, for slipping in. Luckily I recognized his bat shit crazy ravings as such and moved on.
I still support letting him out for a while, though, just to see what happens.
He's old as fuck but that thread proves he still has a bunch of DERP followers.
