Things turn grey, become less elastic, and/or start to fall off.  

Oh, and you're hair starts to change color too.  

If you have kids it goes along a bit faster.

Things to expect, your teeth going bad, that started for me at about 30 and I take care of them a bit obsessively.  Losing your hair can start in your twenties or not till your 40's, but it seems to be an early 30's thing for most people.  People generally won't ask for ID for booze any longer.  Oh, and the women tend to be more aware of their own nature as sexual beings, and more willing to take some responsibility for their own satisfaction in that respect.
