Positive chaos is increasing fredoom, acceptence is increasing positive chaos
Negative chaos is increasing friction, oppression is increasing negative chaos,

To order tune in the harmony
To disorder tune in that is outside the harmony
Creation is to transform and joint to the whole using what is and is not
Destruction is to disrupt or scatter the energies flows
Chaos is energy
Chaos is change

A change is transfoming the energy that was into the new defintion of chaos.

No chaos is either negative or positive, we chose our own perspective. 
No chaos is neither constructive or destructive in it self, its just the pace and amount we, or the situation,  can handle and do what thou wilt with, or be shaken and ridden by.

No one controlls the chaos but the chaos itself –and thats chotic.
Its all connected, both without and within us. The connectedness accepts us
We live inside our self, and ourselfs lives in all life.
We either harmonize and inspire the chaos around with are imagination and will, or we force an order upon the chaos so our perception of reality flows through our rules. 
The only time order is fullfilled is when everything  is experienced at once, just likewise the chaos is then fullfilled in its whole. And it already is, so why bother? 
Everyone of us is our own part in the light circus called primal chaos.
