There's something really weird going on at work.  Extremely strange "errors" and breakdowns that are now too frequent to pass off as coincidence, but would take a lot of theoretical knowledge AND practical, hands-on experience to deliberately engineer.

Right before a contract with one of the largest electronic companies in the world, and right before we transition out of an R&D mode into production.

This bears thinking about.  And reading log books.  Tons and tons of logbooks.

That is suspicious as hell, indeed.

Wow, PSU sure makes it almost impossible to take more than one class during summer term.

The good news is that all I'm taking is Psychology of Women, and Sex & the Family, plus a geology field trip. I figured out that if I take Gender & Human Sexuality for my Junior Cluster I can shoehorn two psychology classes into applying to both my University Studies and my second major, so I can graduate a term earlier.

So it's defo not what my sick twisted mind thought but I'm intrigued. What actually is it?

Explores how responses to sexuality are influenced by family and other social systems including culture, gender, economics, and religion. Family systems theory will be used to evaluate family relationships.

I decided to pass on the Psychology of Women next term because the professor is reputed to suck, and am taking Psychology Research Methods instead. Woot.

Hello, I am back.  I am feeling entirely too well to be at work, which is never a good sign.  Mike the engineer was trying to explain something about maximum temperatures for confined space entry, and I was trying to explain to him that I wrote the procedure.  This led Lilly to ask where I got my information because it's very inconvenient that we have to let things cool down for 96 hours, and a 150C shouldn't be TOO bad, if they laid cardboard down to crawl on.

Naturally, I refused.  Mike was getting more and more agitated.  People were getting information from people who weren't him.  He started making a low keening noise, like a starving dog....It make us all look at him in horror.  The poor bastard had reached crush depth, and it was only 7:45AM on a Monday.  He had blood in his nose, and his eyes were rolling around and around and around, trying to look at everyone at once.  Baby Engineer and I were trying to quietly make book on whether or not he was having a stroke, when he suddenly vomited all over the table, killing the PC projector, which shorted to death on his vomit without a single spark or pop.  It just quietly died.

Mike began screaming about how nobody respects his knowledge and his PE stamp, with blood streaming out of his nose and vomit caked on his chin and shirt.  Then he ran out the door and got into his truck, and roared out of the parking lot, howling all the way.

All of this made dealing with the residual brain flukes easier, let me tell you.  I was just a paranoid asshole with a headache.  Mike was doing a full-on nervous breakdown wobbler, old school.  It's made me like him a little.  Almost.

This needs to be in a graphic novel.

I've just gone through and cleared out over half my 'friends' list on FB. It surprisingly wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.
Now to see how many, if any, of them send notice they've been unfriended and send me a message.

My newsfeed looks a lot better now too.

So, tonight there was loud thumping music from somewhere. I thought it was coming from outside my room, from a car going by, but it remained constant. Then I thought it was one of my housemates. So I followed the sound. To the other side of the building. I went into the bathroom to see if it was from outside and then knocked on a housemate's door (he's next to the bathroom), and he was like, yeah, I was going to wait another 5 minutes before I said anything. We called the landlady, she was busy with her grandson, so he and I went out there, and he told me to let him do the talking, because they'd probably laugh at me (he's tall, I'm not), so we did, and he was like, "hey can you turn it down?" :indistinct because music was so loud: "Well, I'm politely asking you if you can turn it down. This guy over here can here it from the other side of the building." "I'll see what I can do." "What do you mean you'll see what you can do? If I keep hearing it, I'll have to call the police." "You can call the police if you want to." "Wait, what do you mean I can call the police? You don't want to turn it down?" "Ok." Fucking hell.
