POLITICALLY CORRECT-ness


Well I think something like this could pick up, anyhow I was thinking if it would be a good idea to create a PC translator, for those who want to translate sentences into its PC equivalent. As fucking stupid as it sounds, I think it can have some funny results.

Think this is something worth going ahead with?

Yeah this one is something that is easily done, mostly what needs to be worked on is just finding the PC equiv to words / sentences. I could probably just use around 16 ~ 20 lines of code.

I'll see if I can find a PC dictionary out there

@Dimo - Oh yeah I forgot about that one! I am flighty with ideas ... that one will take a bit further work for what I had in mind... I wanna pick up some more stuff to do for fun but I took up a new proj recently at work; so I'm hoping when that one starts to cool down I can corrupt the internet further.

(I still want to do Random Weirdness By Mail thing - that one is a bit bigger; hoping by next month I can start properly)

Only looks for the words that have been used in the funny2 list

Just a bug with some words; eg

car wash worker is ment to become vehicle-appearance specialist

but it will come out as

vehicle-appearance physician having concentrated on a particular field of tax shelters

... should I just keep it like that?

Anyhow if nayone has any words pass them over

If you can format it as the following
[word] : [description]

*seperate by a colon*

eg

actor : metamorphosing being, possessing great wealth
---
Its easier to update the db if it is in that format, if not I can parse it (if its in bulk)
