i gotta admit.  i don't understand the facebook hate.
at first it seemed natural to join in the fun, because BIG BROTHER!
but then i stopped giving a shit about that, and now most of the hate seems to be 'facebook is dumb/useless.'

the thing i don't understand is people using facebook as a tool to find fools that they aren't friends with arguing about inane things, and then complaining about that very thing.

i use facebook as a means of communicating with friends and family about things that we are likely to have mutual interest in, and keep up with regular life updates.  it seems to work fine as a means for that, and is what i believe it is meant to be used as.

am i right, or am i just missing a joke?

Depends on your definition of "suffering," I guess. I mean, if some asshole who happens to wear a badge decides that it's his personal right to revoke my freedom or my possessions simply because I decided of my own free will to purchase the wrong kind of vegetable from someone who wasn't hurting anyone, that might count as "suffering."

your freedom to say that offends me!  it should be taken from you!  but don't worry. you won't 'suffer' because of this imposition, so it's ok.

It's not the debriefing, that part is FUN.  It's the travel.

Not a fan of flying or just traveling in general? How long are you going to be out there for?

I believe Roger has stated in the past that he is simply not fond of the inevitable strip search due to the 'suspicious body hair' that the millimeter wave scanners always pick up.

yeah. OK doesn't require plates in the front, while TX does.  rarely do the cops give a shit about it around here if you don't though. probably a pita if they were expected to verify every car that doesn't have a plate on the front is not from TX by letting them pass and observing the back...
hell, they don't even have the front plates on when they sell them at the dealership.
