Discordianism is the sound of 3 hands clapping

Discordianism is the Back Hand Path. Don't misunderstand this as meaning that it hits you with the back of the hand, it hits you with the hand growing out of your back

Discordianism doesn't stand compared to anything, it lies supine on a rocket powered unicycle and hopes neither for the best or the worst, but for the messiest

Discordianism is the snack that smiles back until it bites your head off

Discordianism is what happens when you look into a scrying glass, only to find out that what you see is the observer

Discordianism is the forkful of salt that quenches your thirst

Discordianism is that joyous state of being where it's too cold to go without a blanket, but the blanket makes you uncomfortably warm

Discordianism is a little tweeting bird chirping in a meadow. Discordia is a wreath of pretty flowers which smell bad

Dig it

Discordianism is all about understanding the world the way it really is, and then horse-laughing at the Buddhists for being schmucks.

Sooo... Zen  :lulz:

Unitarians are pretty cool. The ones from my hometown were a bit kooky but very nice folks. I remember a bake sale for Haiti after the earthquake particularly well. There were Santeria folks there to judge by the color scheme of some of the clothing being worn. You never know what you can find out by just getting out and experiencing new venues. Glad you found what sounds like a good group Q.G.!

Twelve double rum amd c oked tonight and karaoke everywhere in betweeb. It's been a good night. I sang my little hart out and heard some great folks at the GAY BAR doing the same! The Gay Bar around here is clked Player's. It was a Good Time indeed.

As for a topic beyond the amount I dreank and where I choose to vent about the sorrow I feek aboout those lost souls unable to properly  have a Good Time.  They have no idea how to.  The very Idea sets them apart from natural realiy. They FEAR the joy of it asthough the good Lord will begrudge them with fire for eternity  inastead of experiencing A Good Tme along with them. This is avery sad indeed. If they only knew that the God they hold to is with them nd awash in their joy and sorrow alike they might finally loosen their sphincter and tale a proper shite as He intended!

I think Jesus was trying to get this idea across to his home religious folk and never quite got it out. They could have stoned him for it and he had a date with the cross per the prophecy instead  .  How do you tell a whole damn thousand year religion to chill? One bit at a time. The shit could take millennia after the end of his time  and so here we are. The forces of the Beast are well entrenched in "theb church" and set against sinply letting folks live as they are. As has been the case until this last century in Western Civilization. But now I SWEAR the tide is turning!

When it finally over flows, maybe a century from now, the possibility of redemption of the wauward faiths will become a reality. Humanity will finally stop focusing on where folk put their parts and get back to whether or not they live in lies and despair.

Thos time is not here yet!

When it does come, and It Will, some of the folks from our benighted generation will be among those that stood in  the gap and said what's right to the powerful and wrong . Behold th woe upon them! Jesus said that the world will hate those that spread his Word. Behol the very Word is that of Freedom and Love. Doubt that not!

The booze is catching up with me. Good night ande may She bless you with the strength to not only have a Good Time, but to spread the Good News of freedom and Joy to the world one bit at a time and even for generations to come until the world finally Gets It!!!

Yeah. People were definitely a bad Idea from the beginning.

Homo Pantsus

To be fair, the Australopithecines didn't have pants to keep it in. By the time pants did finally come around, the situation was already too far gone.

I was around in the days of POEE.co.uk, but then I lost the thread for a few years (IRL kinda takes over if you let it). I'm only just now getting back into the community, and to come back to this sort of news... I'm truly saddened to hear about Roger's death. RIP, you angry fucker, and may death bring the peace none of us can get in life.

We were going to bury him in a secret tomb, but we couldn't find it after he died. His corpus is interred at an undisclosed location that definitely isn't the dumpster of an abandoned Shoney's. Definitely not.

Thanks for spilling the beans.  That grave is MINE to shit on, and if I catch anyone else there, I'll be shitting for two.

So you found it! Did I leave my cell phone there? I been looking all over for it.

Think for Yourself, Schmuck! / Re: Theological Questions!

:lulz: They especially ignore the fun parts of Genesis like the whole Nephilim thing and that one time Abraham sold his wife to the Pharaoh and told him she was his sister. Good times!

Yeah, that kind of stuff is awesome but Christians completely ignore it or pass it off. (At least in mystical Judaism you see those kinds of Biblical elements actually explored/explained - albeit differently to Christianity)

The Book of Enki is a great place to start making comparisons. Possibly fictional but definitely along the lines of WHAT the nephilim might have been.

To be clear I don't believe in Sitchen's assertions. There's "ancient aliens" and then there's WHAT REALLY HAPPENED.

MACK BEN BEN!

What the fuck is up with Satanism?

They are so 'hurt' by Christianity that they can't simply just call themselves atheists and call it a day - instead, they use unrelated symbology and choose to identify themselves with a little angel who had a tantrum in several chapters of the Bible and had little significance otherwise. It seems that they think that identifying themselves with this insignificant angel, makes them "edgy".

"I am a Satanist, I swear, I just don't believe in Satan. I can't be just an atheist, else then where is my identity?" - [Satanist then goes off and cries in a corner]

Wanna bet LaVey had a copy of the PD?

HO HO HO

Quote
Foreign governments aren’t the only groups spending money in the hopes of currying favor with Trump. Companies are getting in on the action as well.

The National Mining Association and Chamber of Commerce have plunked down bags of money at Trump properties, even though (or perhaps because) they have substantial policy interests that can be addressed by the executive branch.

One private prison company is already reaping rewards. According to the Washington Post, executives and wardens from GEO group, which runs private prisons, “gathered for four days of meetings, dinner receptions and golf outings at the luxurious 800-acre Trump National Doral, [following] an intense effort by GEO Group to align itself with the president and his administration.”

After that expenditure, GEO group — which also gave $225,000 to a pro-Trump super PAC and $250,000 to Trump’s inaugural committee — “secured the administration’s first contract for an immigration detention center, a deal worth tens of millions a year.”

Looks like more and more folks are lining up to blow The Trump. Nothing like a president that can be bought for some shekels and a hummer.

As for the CIA and Google thing, I assume you're referencing some kind of future world where people give a fuck about privacy. While that may very well happen in the next 10 years, it won't do so on this planet. See, privacy is a myth. It always has been a myth, and anyone who believes in it might as well go to church on Sundays too, because it's that kind of fake. But not only is there no such thing as privacy, privacy has no right to exist anyway. If you're scared of men in black suits finding out what you fap to when nobody's looking, you're just not living. Plus, all this worrying about privacy is seriously impeding the cybernetic hivemind society I want to live in. We need to erase all concept of the self, forcefully, and over the corpses of whoever bitches about it. There's no other way to survive as a species. Plus, it would probably involve a lot of cool looking implants and wires and blinky lights and stuff, which is all far more important than not being spied on. Which isn't important at all. And no, I'm not being sarcastic or facetious. I fully support the transhumanist ideal of erasing the individual human mind from existence in favor of a collective consciousness aided by heavy and probably reckless use of technology. And, of course, gulags for anyone who doesn't like it.

I would prefer not to. ( :

That's fine. There's plenty of room in the camps, and someone's gonna have to be on commode duty.
