Thats OK though.

Teleporting bullets into peoples frontal lobes will solve that.

A bullet teleported into someone's brain would just be a lump of lead in their brain. It's the moving around that does all the damage.

Also, with portal teleportation that would be impossible. You could open a portal and shoot through it, but first you still have to locate the person. If teleportation devices were portable, it would be a difficult task.

Well, I see it as having two choices:

1.  It's an alt, or

2.  There's someone who is really that cloying running around unlobotomized.

I prefer to believe the first one, because it lets me sleep at night.
