Rev Roger, Sermon #46: The Afterword

You guys have to understand that I attacked roger (I guess rather harshly), becuase he answered my question by flaming me. I like what LMNO said about ex-patriotism, but I didn't get this impression from Roger's other Sermons.

Lets get mad, lets get EXTREME, lets, lets...run to Mexico.

It's like he said, "Alright guys, I've shown you all the problems and I've taught you that we must fix them by any means nessesary. It's up to us, the people of America, to change our society, no one else can help. Now, while you get started, I, uh, have to go outside and check on somthing, I'll, um, yea..."


If he said "I give up, there's no hope for America" from the beginning, then I may even support him, but he didn't. He was all for change and revolution, but his bark was ALOT louder then his bite and he ended up doing the opposite of what he was preaching.

Oh, and he also rebuttled with some dumbass claim that I was an alt of some medling kid who was out to get him. He's done this twice to me now. The first I called him a "cynical asshole" and he accused me of being Trollax. Both times I confronted him he said I was a malicious alt, wtf kind of flaming is that.

We ALL come with experience, aka baggage, on the nets.  You hit a nerve.  And didn't back down.  I really wish you would've.

Sigh.

Anyway...he's on vacation, as is now evident, but I don't make the practice of heralding peeps' personal business unless they say so.  Ain't my place.

His "wrong idea" was a deliberate slam.  Go back and read his original response in this thread.

And you know what?  If lying about what I said, and making up motives for what I - supposedly - do gives him a boner, who the hell am I to get in the way of his fun?

for the record my gf looked over the thread this evening (and shes better at this internet jargon then i am) and she says she completely agrees with rogers assessment
personally i think its a case of mistaken idenity that just went a little sour
but i only know what wikipedia tells me about flame wars and such
i usually trust her judgement on these things

You might consider going back to EB&G.  The new Mgt is - judging from his post - about as likely to deal with this as the old Mgt was.  This place will once again be a total toolbox within 3 months.  169% troof.

so she had to go back to columbus till its get a reissue - suppose to be reissued this month but it got delaied to january  :-(
life sucks sometimes
so shes really busy - cause she had to get a job while we wait
