Just so you know, a couple of US universities are trying to build quantum processors that send information to another processor in a parallel to increase computing ability. It will be the biggest technological leap since the microchip, if it works, never mind the alternate realities business. Assuming they get one with a compatible chip and laws of physics like ours.
