Hm it's odd because writings on prescriptions are notoriously unreadable (dunno why but doctors seem to make a point of it not being legible), but I don't think here much accidents happen because of it. I think it's partly because there's only a few things that can be on the prescription. Though adding an extra 0 to the dosage is not one of those things :)

They're probably statistics from different polls, with the difference due to either random sampling error or the questions being worded such that some people would both say they don't believe in evolution and that they believe in evolution controlled by God.
