I see it all as just a pictorial representation of stuff that atoms and molecules can do when subjected to specific circumstances.

This level of detachment may sound callous but the alternative is much worse imo - if you are affected by any kind of image then you are liable to be manipulated by such means. Led by the nose. Terrified with images of bad or tantalised by images of good.

A dead body is just a bunch of meat.

So, you're saying that for you me typing the words "baby rape" is exactly the same thing as posting a picture of it?

In principle yes. In practice no.

No, I have my own radio in my office, so I can pretty much play what I want.  It's just that I'd rather not disturb my co-workers with my acquired taste.  But that's because I like my co-workers, it's not out of fear of being fired or anything.  Instead I play flamenco, irish music, and some other new agey stuff which I do enjoy.  My co-workers seem to like it too, they are always dropping by for no reason.

of course. i would do the same thing.

but also when i have friends coming over, i'm not hitting them with my collection of abstract IDM and breakcore, but play them some shpongle/psydub, ambient and funky electro disco.

.. also works better when you're trying to have a discussion :)

Like the train and the lightning Einstien was talking about....
It seems so, yes! I got it from Brian Greene's "Elegant Universe"

:mittens:

i liked this. pretty pictures. not sure if what they say really holds up though (i didnt quite follow it), but i enjoyed it nonetheless.

Very glad you enjoyed.  I sometimes favor brevity to thorough clarity.  Just enough explanation to provoke some curiosity.

But anyhoo, very purdy, pardner,

Appreciate that, Payne.

Cool stuff.  My head's a little to squishy this morning to follow the science but I'm sure it'll come to me later.  good show and welcome.

The science is a bit squishy itself Rev!  A spoon full of medicine to help the sugar go down...

I don't know if Mrs Thelema is SFW, though.

Understood!  Replaced Picture w/ a link.

Purty cool stuff!  TFS!

Much obliged!

lol the one about the acidhead is funny :)

the last b/w picture kind of reminds me of some absurdist webcomic i found somewhere, a guy who wrote (and drew) under erasure a lot .. his website was named something with 'stairs' in the title .. this information is probably useless to you, cause i lost the URL long time ago.

Glad to see you back with more art!

Very well done.  I was just re-thinking the seeming paradoxes of relativity earlier today and stumbled upon this thread.  Nice little synchronicity.  I know that there have been experiments that support relativity but was there one conducted similar to the one in your comic?  I would like to see a write up if anyone knows any good links/journals (I have access to journals online).
