It was pretty interesting.  It was set up as a giant circle.  The perimeter various tents selling Native American wares.  (I had my eyes on a sweet flute but they are rather pricey)  The middle a big fire pit.  While we were there a woman was doing some story telling.  We couldn't stick around for too long though as my daughter was getting antsy and hungry.
