All I know is that his name is Dennis, I did at one time have his cell number, but I can't find it now.  I will see what I can dig up with public records tho.

There'd probably be records on the owner of the house behind yours, since he's so sure the driveway is his property, it shouldn't be too hard to find his full name at the very least.
