Take up smoking, and beat him to the dirt nap.

He already has high blood pressure and a history of severe heart disease from both his father and mother. Of course both of them smoked A LOT. (His mom quit for a while...picked it back up after his father died.)

Oh, and he's maybe got about 10% body fat. So that tells you how evil genetics are when it comes to blood pressure.

Luckily, I was cursed with my mother's low blood pressure, so I can afford that extra salt for now, except for the water retention factors of course.
