Spontaneity among my peer group has sucked for a long time.

Though I think for myself Wednesday shall involve myself, my camera, and the Boston MFA having a little chat.

This sounds like a good idea.  I'm saving up all my spontenaity for December 22nd myself, but as a general rule, I find breaking any routines I have fallen into by

1) not planning and
2) acting on a whim

for a couple of days (in bad cases, months) to be a good cure.

doing silly things can be done at any time, teach yourself to stand on on leg(i.e. invent your own tai chi or yoga thingies) twirl for no reason when wating for a bus or something, drum on the watercooler, use your imagination to create a mystical creature and try to make him/her/it follow you all day, or think up something yourself.
