Which I would choose over an airplane every single time, given the choice.

They were different ships.

The Enterprise, the flying casino, was Setzer Gambiani's personal ship prior to Daryl building the Falcon. 
After her death, he restored the wreckage of the Falcon and put it into storage in Daryl's tomb.

On topic:  I've read a few good articles on Airships beign used for cargo transport.  Nothing I can pull up yet, but it promises to be more efficient than hauling on an 18 wheeler.

If they can manage speeds anything like the air hotel AND run on clean energy, then hell yes.

If they keep to current air transport safety standards, they'll be safer too.  (You're MUCh less likely to have a container fall on you, than run you over on the highway).  Considering people in the USA are most likely to die from roads, food or cigarettes, this is not a bad thing.
