A CCP official physically pushed around a Chinese peasant and it started three days of street rioting.

I shall need:

One (1) Japanese assassin for hire
One (1) intinerary of a PLA General
Six (6) hired thugs to shadow the assassin
Two (2) well placed Western journalists with cameras
Three (3) Playboy bunnies, and
One (1) bottle of 50 year old Glen Grant, or Krug champagne, whichever is more readily available
