Apparently you sign up, watch the videos, do the assignments, and then get a certificate at the end. Says you need a solid understanding of probability and linear algebra.

This isn't MIT, but it's all the materials for an upper division course on investments via PSU's School of Business Administration. There's a fuckload of interesting PDFs such as: "Collateralized Debt Obligations" and "Wall Street After Dark" and "Suspicious Trading in Mergers" and "Going Too Far".
