I had an idea that would make this subforum more useful for everybody: a cook book thread which indexes and links to all the recipie and "cooking tip" threads.

as an example of what I mean, check out this nerdy thread: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1046575 - it's a 'table of contents' of useful threads at that forum.
