Don't worry, that's in progress. I'm told that we officially have Page 1 completed. Except for a title. :lulz:

I'll put pretty much all of my sketch stuff up here for everyone to use, since I don't plan on making money off 'em. But I can no longer afford to take on any major project that isn't going to support me somehow. Best of luck to you folks. I look forward to peeping it.
the kids are alright, unburdened and uptight

well you're a good man for releasing your stuff into Kopyleft

I'm sure your work will see print very soon

Dunno if this is news to anyone, but Yahoo!Search has a feature so you can search specifically for CC-ed works:

http://search.yahoo.com/web/advanced?ei=UTF-8

Only available for web search though, not image search. But I suppose you'll find sites with images on them if you look for it.

also, this: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page (but I think that one may have been linked already)

I love a lot of the art here.

But just a pain-in-the-ass note. Some things that a poster labled as kopyleft include images that were likely made by someone else. Unless every part of your art is kopyleft, none of it is. In real life, lawsuits can verge on the insane and still win. I don't know if this has happened, but technically if you include a part of someone's ear in an image and someone identifies it as their ear and hasn't given permission to use it, you can get sued.

For the sake of those of us who are paranoid/cautious/don't want to get our asses sued, it might be helpful to clarify the rights to all parts of your art. (And realize that if someone who uses your art gets sued, you could get sued too).

I found a huge collection of "exercise images" showing all sorts of abstract muscled dudes doing various fitness exercises, and images highlighting muscle groups. It's available under a CC Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 license.

You can get the entire data-dump (25MB of images) on this page: http://everkinetic.com/data-dump/

For instance, if you need an image of a anonymous muscled dude humping a ball, look no further:

BUMP because this is a great thread, but also because I'm using Popjellyfish's image for my collection.

Find Free Stock Photos With Unprecedented Precision

How is Ookaboo better than other sources of free pictures?

Because it uses concepts instead of words, Ookaboo is much more accurate than other sources of free stock photos. You'll find free pictures quickly, because you will only be seeing relevant images. You can not only find images, but you can make it better by joining the 170,000 people who've contributed images to Ookaboo by helping us sort images from sites like Flickr into precise categories.

Unlike some other free pictures sites, images in Ookaboo are public domain or creative commons and can be used freely for blogs, web sites, schoolwork, publications, and other creative projects.

aaaand a third copy of this post  :P  I really need a map of peedee or something, this place is a labyrinth. So - for a variety of projects I have produced some original vector art: the Sacred Chao, a modern take on the eye in the pyramid and some weird decorative object.

I hereby release it to the Nusphere, feel free to use with or without attribution.
