main function would be to evaporiated sea water into cloud formations to be blown East

Clearly it would take MANY MANY cooling toweres strung out along
the WEST coast of Africa? on both sides of the Equator for miles

The active volcanoes in the Andes, owe their (until recently) unexplainably violent eruptions to the fact that within the Magma that bubbles deep below the ridge, from the Candian Rockies, to the southern Chilean Andes, there is a whole load of sea water. And I think it's Atlantic Seawater too. Would that make the Mountains into a huge, pressure regulated saltwater cooling system?
And would an escalation in volcanic activity here,  mean increased precipitation for West Africa?
