Hmm... Hotsuma mentioning a conspiracy without stabbing anything/one.

Isn't that sort of akin (in terms of plausibility) to Finland conquering the Republic of Moon Chimps with an army composed of black Irish mercenaries wielding flame-throwing Nokia cell-phones?
