All of DJ Shadow's stuff is brilliant (except for 90% of The Outsider). He does a lot of stuff with Cut Chemist who isn't too bad. If you like sampling you should definitely check out The Avalanches. Sadly, they only made one album. You might like Tricky too. He's sorta hit or miss though. What I've heard from DJ Food is good too.
