*Adaptation of The Wizard of Oz into a gritty crime action-thriller. Out of necessity a group of sick people who are in need of organ transplants - possibly ex-soldiers who have been dicked around by the VA, some background with combat experience - get involved with an organ trafficking cartel whose leader promises to get them the organs they need if they assassinate one of his enemies (hence the background needing to involve combat experience because otherwise why not just use one of his regular mafia guys)

*During a hurricane, while the rest of the force is out responding to looting and emergencies, three rookie cops find the police station being beseiged by werewolves. This one's an adaptation of The Three Little Pigs

*Skit where a suicidal person and the Grim Reaper are in that cliche scene where two people run towards each other through a field while romantic music plays

Some ideas:

*Sci-fi story where two things are true and have happened: Stable wormholesmcan be created and the parallell worlds solution to the grandfather paradox is true. As a result, since any wormhole will necessarily eventually result in a slight discontinuity in time, an interstellar wormhole network that exists in the setting actually leads through a maddeningly complex web of parallell universes

*A group of young people have to hire an old person to track down an estranged friend of theirs who they can't find because he doesn't have a Facebook account

Not sure if they did this one aleady... A version of Planet of the Apes in which humans war against apes enhanced with cool-looking neon accented cybernetics given to them by an advanced JHVH-1 'mothership' that they must worship unconditionally in return. Third act has apes and humans fight together against this controlling force.
