Alternate history in which Jesus is not crucified and as a result Christianity ends with a Heaven's Gate style mass suicide a few years later. Possibly the story is recounted by Judas, who has backed out at the last minute and in this timeline is the movement's main chronicler.

Yesterday someone at work brought up how in a lot of action movies there are an excessive number of camera cuts in the fight scenes. Presumably this is to disguise the fact that the scene is badly choreographed and/or that the actors aren't very good at fake fighting. I think it would be funny to take this to an extreme. Don't pre-choreograph the fights at all. Just bring each actor in seperately and have them randomly wave their arms around in front of a green-screen and piece the fight scenes together with clever editing.

It starts with a prediction that a great hero will rise up in he future to save the land from a vague future evil. Tests and contests are set up to determine preemptively who this prophecied chosen one may be by seeing who has the hero's prophecied attributes. These contests get severely out of hand however and threaten to bankrupt the kingdom and bring it's economy to a standstill. By the time the chosen one is found it becomes clear that the tests themselves were the evil which was foretold.

To clarify this, once the chosen one is found the tests stop and with them the massive drain they placed on the kingdom's economy, and therefore the chosen one stops the disaster simply by being found

The 'war on drugs' evolves into a form of 'battleship' targetting all non-productive desires.

Drugs officially prescribed are instead delivered symbiotically by kisses (saliva exchange) of a subject's pet in accordance to whatever animal part was given to said pet as a treat.

Comedy skit: Parody of James Bond and The Six Million Dollar Man in which they give a guy surgical augmentati9ns to help him be a secret agent, but they're all sex related. Like, they give him penis enlargement surgery and put in an artificial baculum made out of aluminum and this is supposed to help him be a spy

Knight Rider reimagined as modern sci-fi noir. Michael Knight is now a brilliant but habitually drunk P.I., and this very drunkenness is why he synergizes so well with the world's most advanced self driving car. KITT drives itself and thus won;t be crashed by a drunk driver, and since KITT is more heavily armored than most military vehicles he can also hide from his bookie when his gambling debts are in arrears and kneecaps are about to be broken.
