However; in the spirit of your question: Yes. There are gun pawn shops and dealer shows just about every other weekend within a 3 mile drive SOMEWHERE in the Gulf Coast region, I'm sure.

Honestly? I think the gunstoppers program here is a half-assed effort that only really provides a tool for officers to take the guns out of the hands of the Crighton residents without worrying too much about it affecting these guys at all.
