TESTEMONAIL:  Right and Discordianism allows room for personal interpretation. You have your theories and I have mine. Unlike Christianity, Discordia allows room for ideas and opinions, and mine is well-informed and based on ancient philosophy and theology, so, my neo-Discordian friends, open your minds to my interpretation and I will open my mind to yours. That's fair enough, right? Just claiming to be discordian should mean that your mind is open and willing to learn and share ideas. You guys are fucking bashing me and your laughing at my theologies and my friends know what's up and are laughing at you and honestly this is my last shot at putting a label on my belief structure and your making me lose all hope of ever finding a ideological group I can relate to because you don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about and everything I have said is based on the founding principals of real Discordianism. Expand your mind.

LOLCat Bible has been around for awhile. I did a couple of verses a couple of months ago but I can't remember which ones they were. I don't think I even think I signed up for an account.
You cannot fathom the immensity of the fuck i do not give.

I was aware of the LOLcat Bible.  I was just surprised where it appeared.

One of the Long Now's biggest projects involved translating part of the bible into 6000+ different languages.  The LolCat Bible project makes sense in that context.

Oh.  Of course.  How silly of me.

I'm going to take an uneducated stab in the dark and say PR. If they seriously think there's going to be tribes of people speaking only in LOLcat in the distant future who will gain utility from their LOLcat translation, then they are morons. Both the tribes, and longnow, obviously. In which case, fuck 'em. Again, both.

The long now has nothing to do with the lolcat bible, they just pointed out a biblical translation.

I don't know what's up your cooch, but I think the Lolcat Bible is delightful, IRL utility or not.
