ive heard in the Loveline radio-show that in California, women with more than 2 drinks supposedly by current legislation "arent able to give consent", thus, rapeage.

but that radio show i heard it on was on an archive from about 5-6 years ago, hopefully this has changed.

i'd say, if you are seriously swaying and talking complete drunk codshit, you can still be in a state to say, uh, no, far too drunk for any of that, thankyou, or "yesh pleashe, i never had twins, and you 2 are blurry" and then thats probably consensual,  however if you can be drunker still and can get it up, its probably a miracle rape.

And I dont do drunk sex, its usually kinda awful.
